Lance has helped clients all across the State of Kentucky who have lost loved ones or suffer catastrophic injuries obtain justice. Lance is one of a small group of attorneys that has obtained multiple million dollar jury verdicts and he has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of his clients. In late 2024, Lance was intricately involved in an appeal in the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals involving a $1,000,000.00 Under Insured Motorist Policy. In the past, certain policy provisions had been interpreted to deny coverage to policy holders that have been injured in accidents. The lower court had dismissed the injured party’s case. Lance and his co-counsel won the appeal, reversing the lower court’s decision. This case changed how those policy provisions are interpreted to provide coverage to injured and deceased motorists.
