William M. Garmon

W. Matthew Garmon is a native of Cumberland County, Kentucky and graduate of Cumberland County High School. He attended Western Kentucky University and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in history. Following his attendance at Western Kentucky University, Matt participated in the Canadian Parliamentary Internship Program. Matt then attended the University of Kentucky College of Law.

After law school, Matt served as a law clerk for Judge Eddie C. Lovelace, Circuit Judge of the 40th Judicial Circuit of Kentucky, covering Clinton, Cumberland, and Monroe Counties, from 2008 until 2010. Following his service with Judge Lovelace, he joined Carroll & Turner, P.S.C. as an Associate in 2010. Matt works primarily in civil litigation.
